What a relief to wear make-up that looks great, feels great and has no toxic, questionable ingredients!
Best to get samples before you buy full sizes.
These work well as powder and using a brush, mixed with water to make a liner.
Ingredients
If we aim to look beautiful, keeping our health should be the first item on the list. At Evan's Garden, we do not want to compromise health. Our powders contain nothing but safe minerals as colorants...no artificial chemicals, no petroleum products, no FD&C colors, no chemical preservatives, no talc, no bismuth oxychloride (which can cause irritation) — you know, the ingredients used so often elsewhere.
Plus, they contain no microparticle ingredients — only larger particles that do not penetrate skin cells. A great many mineral make-up companies use micro-particles but these have been shown to be potentially dangerous.
Our Pure Mineral Eye Colors contain mica, mineral oxides, and depending upon the shade, titanium dioxide and/or ultramarines.
Apply dry or wet.
Dry: with a brush pick up some powder. For better control, tap brush against the container to shake off excess and apply powder. Tip: as you apply, face downwards so powder is less likely to fall onto your cheek. You can apply lightly for a subtle hint of color or more thickly for more a opaque or dramatic look.
Wet: mix powder with a bit of water using an eyeliner brush. Allow the applied color to dry on lids before continuing with any layering of colors or other effects. You can also use a clean wedge to blend or smudge for the effect you want.
