Ocean Elements Sea Bath Salts contains Dead Sea salt, Epsom salt (magnesium, the electrolyte for central nervous system function), sea salt (ocean water dried only by sun & wind on northern coast of France in the ancient Celtic tradition with no minerals removed and no bleaching), trace mineral complex.
Use a bath water filter if possible. As tub fills, pour 2 to 6 scoops into bath, more if you wish. If adding essential oils, shake the dropper-bottle and dispense 5 - 8 drops for a regular-sized tub. Swish water around to dissolve salts crystals and any added essential oils. Soak for about 20 minutes. No need to rinse unless you wish to. Drink plenty of pure water before and after your sea bath.
