The Youth Trio refers to my three products for a complexion that appears younger:  As Young As I Feel™ Serum, Ma Jeunesse™ Youth in a Jar™ Cream and Crème Rose™ Hydrating Youth Cream and Eye Cream. Fabulous individually, they can work wonders in combination. Try the kit and let us know how your skin does with these three. 

If you have not yet used them, choose the Youth Trio Trial Kit before purchasing the medium or large sizes. The Trial Kit should provide you with a week or two of use, very much depending upon how much you apply and how much your skin needs a natural boost of mega-nutrition. The Trial Kit includes intro sizes of the three Youth Trio products plus intro sizes of DreamSoap™, Simply Sensational™ Masques and Skin Perfection Mist™ in I Love Roses™. You receive 3 grams of the serum, 5 grams of each cream plus the intro sizes of the others. These products are powerful and concentrated. You get plenty to try so as to see how you do with each of them.

The Youth Trio Products are offered together for, although they can be purchased in regular sizes separately and each does its own, distinct magic, you may be extra-amazed to see what they do in combination. Once you've tried each by itself to get a feel for what it does, then I suggest experimentation. Try layering them. Go for what you feel like using. I apply the serum first and then a bit of either one or both creams. As Young as I Feel Serum is described in detail on its own product page. Let me give you here a brief idea of the difference between the two creams, Ma Jeunesse and Crème Rose.

Ma Jeunesse — Youth in a Jar

Ma Jeunesse is a gourmet concoction of live, green plant goodness. It feeds the skin anti-oxidants and other vital nutrients not only in their concentrated form but also as fresh, whole foods from which many of those anti-oxidants are found. Using whole, healthy plants and unrefined, nutrient-rich plant products (oils, waters, essential oils, etc.) has a benefit that I believe no isolated ingredient can mimic or match. The many phytochemicals in a whole plant, not only the ones found to be anti-oxidant, work together to make more good than the parts alone could. The plant body is a system, as ours is, many elements doing various "jobs" and working in concert, or together. This is the synergy of the many contributing parts of a live organism. The effects possible from applying extracted phytochemicals is one thing; the effects obtained from applying a live plant still retaining its life and all the signature of just what it is, with its many elements in their natural proportion to each other...now we are talking an entirely other level of plant power. The amount of whole, organic food in Ma Jeunesse is, well, lots. There is also a concoction I created years ago which I call Briny Brew, a fermented mixture of many sea vegetables, that adds to the healing powers.

That, in a nutshell, is Ma Jeunesse. The words, "Ma Jeunesse," by the way, are French for "my youth." If you want to pronounce it, here is my best shot at what it sounds like: mah shjeuh - ness.  There you go, you got it!  :-)

Crème Rose Hydrating Youth Cream and Eye Cream

Crème Rose contains many skin-loving plants but, as its name states, it abounds in rose — rose in many forms: essential oil, hydrosol (plant water), bright orangey-red, powerful rose hip seed oil and others. Rose is a, if not the premier ingredient for skin care. A rose has more plant chemicals than any other plant (lavender is the next most richly endowed.) In skin care, rose brings  the goods to help skin regenerate, repair, soften, be calmed and gain balance. This is true for any skin type and for aging and dehydrated skin, rose really performs.

I formulated Crème Rose to handle a few specific needs of many aging faces:

• One is to encourage the skin's natural ability to regenerate healthy cells.  The cream, like Ma Jeunesse, contains all known nutrients in whole food form, luxurious amounts of anti-oxidants, etc.

• Two, to calm the skin and reduce redness, inflammation, itchiness, any irritation...this cream is profoundly soothing to the skin.

• Thirdly, Crème Rose hydrates the cells and helps them hold moisture. Its ingredients are selected to hydrate gently, naturally. No artificial plumping of the skin, no inflaming it so as to puff it up and push out wrinkles: that's a youth cream trick and it's a bad trick, since the skin suffers ultimately for it. Crème Rose goes about its business calmly and efficiently, using nourishment gathered for these specific results.

• And last but not least, Crème Rose serves as a beautiful eye cream! I chose only ingredients that are safe and beneficial for the eye area. 

Usage Tips:

Always have very clean skin (use DreamSoap) and clean hands before you apply As Young As I Feel Serum, as it sinks deeply into the skin and what you take there should be just these products, not leftover make-up or dirt. So wash well first. Preferably rinse with purified water. I like to keep a container of spring water and clean wash cloths in the bathroom for this purpose. 

Experiment to find the best amount of these luxurious products to get results. It doesn't take long to find out about how much your skin usually needs. But here are some thoughts to guide you on this. These products are jam-packed with nature's healing goodies. You may need less than you'd expect. On the other hand, they deliver a smorgasbord of nourishment that your skin may be very hungry for. And, as if this isn't variable enough, what can happen is that the amount you need changes over time or even day by day. This may be due to your skin taking in the nourishment, making its adjustments, changing its needs. Approach the issue of how much to use observantly (see how you do) and with flexibility. You want results; you don't want to waste, so I suggest starting with a smaller rather than large amount. Let it soak in. You can always add a bit more if you need it.

The products treat your skin actually, in truth — not falsely by injecting stuff to plump it up, not by gooping up your skin to make it appear temporarily more moist or softer and not by irritating it to create inflammation and thus poof up wrinkles. I think you'll be very, very happy with the kinder, natural approach.
