I have had acne since I was 12. I have tried every cream, lotion, toner on the (below 100.00) market for acne, and NOTHING worked. Everything moisturizing made me break out and everything else called lotion made my skin actually peel and crack. Mind you, I'm in my late twenties now and a good bit of worry was sprouting up about the state of my facial skin. I can wash my face just once now - instead of the twice or three times I needed with other soaps to feel all the way de-greased. I am STILL on the first bottle of soap you gave me, a little goes a very long way, even on oily, acne skin after a full day of work and make-up. But, then you threw me a loop, because you asked me to try out the Clarity LOTION. Well, I stopped using moisturizers five years ago because there was not a single one that didn't make a breakout worse. I thought it was part of the nature of a moisturizer (add moisturizer, get zits). I had some lotions made specifically for acne prone skin, but I didn't like using it because it felt FAKE and blechy on my skin, like a very thin balloon stretched tightly across my skin... really uncomfortable. I definitely didn't want an oil-based lotion. But, since I trust you, I tried it. I started using the Clarity lotion alone, replacing all my other acne lotions, creams, treatments, anything. I threw it all out and have been using it alone as the entire regimen for about a month now. I love how my skin feels, it makes my skin feel like I always felt it should, soft, supple, completely clean and open. I'd been worried about if the Clarity products would dry my skin out now- but they absolutely don't. Now that I use the Ma Jeunesse and the clarity cream, my skin is hydrated without being oily, and totally blemish free. I'm happy :)... And a little really goes a long way with those two! E.C.

Clarity™ DreamSoap™ Usage Tips:

Usually only about 3 to 4 drops of this concentrated cleanser are needed.

As your skin regains its natural, healthy balance, you'll use DreamSoap™ in Lavender in Bloom™ more usually and DreamSoap™ in Clarity™ only as needed. Both are included in all Clarity™ kits.

Here is some very valuable advice that can help not only your complexion, but your overall health: wash and rinse in purified water. If that can be a water filter attached to your sink, good. Or perhaps you can manage to filter the water throughout your whole home. Apartment dwellers may have a tougher time, but solutions exist.

At work, by the bathroom sink I put a bottle of Evian water (my favorite) to which I add a couple of drops of lavender essential oil (not necessary, just nice since lavender is so terrific for every skin type. If lavender is not a favorite of yours, you could add instead a drop of another skin-loving essential oils such as geranium, lemon or orange, as you like. Then I use a clean cloth and pour my souped-up water onto it to rinse. Use another part of the cloth with more water to rinse until your face is completely free of the cleanser.

Why not rinse with tap water? Let's start with the fact that skin is not just a coat over our bones (somewhat the simplistic way I used to view it). Indeed, skin performs many crucial functions, amongst which are absorption and elimination. This tells us that what we apply to it matters, for much of that shall be absorbed. Exposing skin to chlorine (a wide-spectrum antibiotic that kills the delicate intestinal bacteria vital to health) and to other toxic substances in our tap water is not helpful in our quest of health and beauty.

Skin as the let-in, let-out organ that it is also tells us that it's important not to clog it up; it has to have doors open to take out the body's garbage.

One's acne may have much to do with the condition of the body's inner organs and systems. The existence of pimples and other sorts of blemishes and even where they're located (as per the ancient art of Chinese medical facial diagnosis) give us a clue to body imbalances and needs. I suggest informing yourself of the Chinese map of the face (and feet, eyes, ears and hands, etc.) . Talk about fascinating, useful data that can help you prevent discomfort and disease as well as acne!

What follows may be very useful to you. I have helped many repair complexions with simply this data, so please consider it in the actions you take to clear your skin. If the intestines are not clean, the body will be forced to depend on other exit routes so as to eliminate toxins. These routes are always helping us get rid of poisons, but if we rely upon them to an extent beyond their intended, normal capacity, channels get blocked. Things may then break down, even simply from overexposure to toxic substances not moving out efficiently enough. Long story short, (and bear with my bluntness) as the gut clogs up with rot, bad bacteria and poisons, so do lungs then give out bad breath, armpits smell bad, skin erupt in blemishes, cysts, blotches, and other unsightly and sometimes painful yuckies. The traffic jam along exit routes for poisons will, of course, cause a decline in health and vitality. If you are at this page, you or someone you care about has to some extent a need to handle this or at least would not be harmed by becoming more aware of this data. It may not be fun but it cannot hurt to be in the know.

The best damage control you can do along with using Clarity™ system for your skin care is to drink routinely lots of pure water and to cleanse the intestinal tract. In doing so, an intestinal cleanse may help rid your body of candida albicans, another nasty enemy of health. When you are done purchasing Clarity™, go to our cleanses section. That is my heartfelt suggestion. For though it is true that other imbalances aside from intestinal cause acne, a sluggish, toxified intestinal tract is likely to be one of the culprits.
